Jack Perry is reportedly in negotiations with AEW.

To viewers of Dynamite and Collision, Jack Perry is one of All Elite Wrestling’s most recognisable names. The 29-year-old is just coming off a 55-day reign as National Champion, with a five-month reign as TNT Champion also under his belt. However, having grown in front of the AEW audience, the company are now negotiating to keep Perry tied down with his current contract believed to be in its final stages.

According to Bryan Alvarez on Wrestling Observer Radio, it’s believed Jack Perry is currently negotiating with AEW.

“Jack Perry is negotiating [with AEW]. His deal is up, I was told, at any moment. And he had not yet signed as of yesterday. I presume he will re-sign, but I suppose anything is possible.”

-Bryan Alvarez

Signing with AEW in January 2019, Perry was one of the first to ink a deal with the upstart promotion. As day one talent, fans saw Jurassic Express’ journey to AEW World Tag Team Titles after three years with the company. Despite the team’s split later in 2022, they now find themselves back on the same page, with Perry continuing to prove himself in singles competition while Luchasaurus recovers from a shoulder injury.

He last competed on the May 27th edition of Dynamite, taking part in the first round of the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament. Unfortunately for Perry, he was unable to come out victorious, with Mark Davis advancing to face Will Ospreay. For now, Perry’s next Dynamite appearance remains unclear, with the company keen to lock him down to a new deal in the very near future.
