Big Bill Reportedly Planned For WWE Return Since May

Big Bill’s WWE return has been in the works since May.
The July 13 edition of Monday Night RAW earlier this week saw WWE air a teaser that appeared to be almost certainly for the returning Big Cass, who most recently competed in All Elite Wrestling as Big Bill before his contract recently expired.
According to Fightful Select, the teaser was indeed for Big Cass, who officially signed to return to WWE earlier this month after tentative plans for his comeback had been in place since May.
“If there was any doubt, yes the Raw vignette was for Big Cass. He was officially signed this month, but the loose plan had been in order for him to join WWE since May.”

Since the teaser aired, Big Bill has been removed from All Elite Wrestling’s official roster page, bringing his run with the company to an end as a former AEW World Tag Team Champion.
Alongside the recent reports regarding Big Bill’s impending return to WWE, multiple sources have also indicated that his former tag team partner, Enzo Amore, is set to return to the company. However, it remains to be seen whether the pair will be reunited after initial reports claimed that a return to NXT was on the cards.
