Mercedes Moné was not amused by a fan’s pleas during AEW Dynamite.

During a key segment of last night’s Dynamite, Mercedes Moné attacked her upcoming All In: London opponent, Willow Nightingale, in an attempt to show her dominance before the competes for the AEW Women’s World Championship. However, some in the Las Vegas crowd were focused on other things, with individual shouts of “Sasha come home” and “we love you, Sasha” being incredibly audible during the show. Of course, this is a reference to her former name in WWE, Sasha Banks, but it wasn’t long before Mercedes responded to the heckled.

Posting on her official Twitter page, Moné hit back at the fan.

Given her recent success, it’s not hard to see why this would infuriate her. Mercedes Moné has gone from strength to strength since deciding to test the waters in Japan and later settle in All Elite Wrestling, including winning numerous titles around the world, being PWI’s No.1 women’s wrestler of the year, winning the women’s Owen Hart tournament back-to-back years, and being a key part of numerous shows and PPVs.

While her time as “Sasha Banks” was great, it’s currently part of the past, and there’s no indication that she’s looking to return to WWE. Plus, in 17 days, the 34-year-old may be about to win the one title that’s eluded her so far by capturing AEW Women’s World Championship at All In. Whether that happens, though, remains to be seen.
