Bayley Has Reportedly Already Re-Signed With WWE

Bayley is believed to be expanding her role within WWE.
Earlier today, it emerged via PWInsider Elite that Bayley was expected to remain with WWE after months of speculation over her future. The 37-year-old has been off television since July 18 of this year, when Lyra Valkyria beat her at Saturday Night’s Main Event and continued the attack after the bell, seemingly writing her off screen. With contract believed to be expiring in a matter of months, rumours mounted over whether she could be set to leave the company. However, it now seems she may have already put pen to paper on a new deal.
According to False Finish, it’s believed Bayley has already re-signed, and that her new role will extend beyond appearing as on-screen talent.
“A source indicated that those within WWE believe that Bayley has already re-signed and will be more involved with the company and not just as an on screen talent.”

While she was away from our screens, Bayley was heavily linked with a move to AEW. Particularly given her connections to Mercedes Moné, a change of scenery seemed very possible heading into the latter part of 2026. Now, though, the WWE veteran looks set to continue her stay with the promotion.
Also during her absence, she was spotted backstage at TNA Lockdown on August 23 of this year at Credit Union 1 Arena in Chicago, Illinois, supporting Elayna Black ahead of her Knockouts World Championship match against Xia Brookside.
Bayley joined WWE in December 2012 after four years on the independent scene as Davina Rose. She was part of the Four Horsewomen of NXT alongside Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair and Sasha Banks, has held world championships on both Raw and SmackDown, and was one-half of the first WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions.
