Dani Luna Reportedly Expected To Sign With AEW

Dani Luna is reportedly expected to sign a contract with AEW, if she hasn’t already, according to a report from Fightful Select.

Back in March, Dani Luna was granted her release from TNA, leaving fans to wonder what might be on the horizon for her. Since leaving the company, she’s mostly been competing on the independent scene, but it now seems she could be set for a major move.

According to Fightful Select, it’s believed Dani Luna is expect to ink a deal to join AEW, if she hasn’t already.

“Fightful Select spoke to sources within All Elite Wrestling that indicated to Sean Ross Sapp that Dani Luna has the interest of the company. Beyond that, it was implied that if she’s not already signed, they expect her to be soon.”

Her most recent run with TNA dated back to 2024 when she joined as a member of the Subculture faction with Flash Morgan Webster and Mark Andrews. While she was at TNA, she won the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championships on two occasions with Jodi Threat. After she left TNA in March, Luna continued to wrack up appearances for multiple promotions in Europe, including RevPro, xWx, and ATTACK, where she won their world title.

While it’s currently unknown as to why she may debut, fans of Luna have been speculating around a possible move to AEW since she became a free agent, and now it looks to be a matter of time before she’s on Dynamite. With the likes of Mercedes Moné, Willow Nightingale, Kris Statlander, Queen Aminata on the roster, the Brit certainly has a lot of potential exciting matchups available to her moving forward.
