Tony Khan Confirms AEW Worlds End 2026 Is Set For December
Tony Khan has confirmed that AEW World’s End will still happen this year.
At present, we’re just are days away from one of AEW’s staple shows, as All Out returns to Chicago this weekend. However, some questions have been raised of late about whether the rest of this year’s pay-per-views will follow the same pattern as we’re used to, particularly as Worlds End, which is usually situated on the last Saturday of the year, would be projected to take place the day after Christmas if it remains in its usual place. Now, Tony Khan has addressed Worlds End 2026.
During the at the All Out Media Call, Khan confirmed Worlds End will still take place this year, though he’s yet to reveal a date for the show.
“There will definitely be a Worlds End pay-per-view this year. We’re looking ahead and planning the calendar for later in the year. Of course, Worlds End will be the culmination of the Continental Classic, which is always one of the highlights of AEW in recent years. And Worlds End is a tremendous pay-per-view, I believe. I really enjoyed the show last year, I’m really looking forward to it, so stay tuned for the announcements about Worlds End.”

Should it move from its usual positioning, it wouldn’t be the first AEW pay-per-view to move from its original spot next time round, as AEW Dynasty will happen in February instead of April next year. You can read more about that here.
Of course, that’s notable as it leaves March and April could have something else put there, with it possible they could hold a big event on American soil to go against WrestleMania in Saudi Arabia next year. For now, though, whether that’s in AEW’s plans is yet to be confirmed.
