Upcoming AEW Dynamite Will Be Done In Tribute To PAC
All Elite Wrestling has confirmed that its upcoming Dynamite show will pay tribute to PAC.
The wrestling world is still in utter shock over the loss of Benjamin Satterley, known ti fans as PAC, who passed away on Sunday less than 24 hours after his appearance at All Out. In the immediate aftermath, many in the wrestling fanbase wondered if Tony Khan would do a tribute show to “The Bastard”, especially since, as an AEW original, everyone who passed through the company will have shared their time there with him. Sure enough, we now have confirmation of that this coming Dynamite will be in his honour.
As seen today during a social media stream, Tony Khan held a 10-bell salute for Benjamin Satterley prior to the ROH tapings, revealing this coming week’s episode of Dynamite will be in tribute to the Geordie star.
What hits so hard about this announcement is simply that this is the third tribute show in less than a month. First, there was the Rebel Heart show, which paid tribute to Tanea Brooks, who has ALS and has been heavily affected by it. Then, there was the loss of “The Butcher” Andy Williams, who was a dear friend of Satterley, and AEW will now pay tribute to their high-flying legend, and it will undoubtedly be an incredibly emotional show.
