TNA And AEW Stars To Team Up During Jericho Cruise

A six-man tag has been revealed for the Jericho Cruise which features names from AEW and TNA.
As was revealed earlier this week, All Elite Wrestling will have an official Collision show from the Jericho Cruise later this year, marking the first time the company has done a broadcast from the ship since 2020. The Collision in question will happen on November 7, but the cruise itself will last four days, featuring stars from all over the wrestling world. Now, we know of a six-man tag team match that’s been confirmed for the cruise, and it features legends from TNA.
Announced via Instagram, it was revealed that The Hardys will team with Chris Jericho to take on Jay Lethal, Blake Christian, and Nick Wayne.
The trio of Jericho and The Hardys has raised eyebrows among a portion of fans, not least because TNA has been following WWE’s lead in not letting its talent mix with AEW talent when possible. However, since this won’t be part of any broadcast, it likely helps those involved circumvent any obstacles that could normally come with putting on crossover matches.
Plus, Nick Wayne’s involvement plays off his current feud with Chris Jericho in AEW. In fact, after Jericho secured the win in their first encounter, the pair are set for their rematch this Tuesday at Grand Slam: France. With excitement building for the promotion’s debut in Paris, reports indicate they’re expecting a sold-out crowd. You can read more about that here.
As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on the Jericho Cruise as soon as we hear more.
