Alba Fyre Names Piper Niven As Her Wrestling Soulmate

Alba Fyre thinks Piper Niven is her wrestling soulmate.
Alba Fyre, formerly known as Kay Lee Ray, has over 15 years of in-ring experience having debuted in 2009. In that time, she’s worked everywhere from promotions based in her homeland like Scotland’s ICW to American independents such as SHIMMER, and even over in Japan for STARDOM before heading to WWE. Reflecting on her journey, Fyre has now picked out who she thinks is her wrestling soulmate.
In a new interview with The Wrestling Classic, Alba Fyre said Piper Niven is her wrestling soulmate.
“It’s Piper. Whether it’s tagging, whether it’s against each other… every area except for WWE main roster, we have feuded. So whether it was SHIMMER, whether it was Stardom, ICW, we have wrestled everywhere except for the main roster of WWE. We are together, and that is way more fun when she’s not beating me up.”
When Fyre joined then Women’s United States Champion Chelsea Green as part of ‘The Secret Hervice’ she was officially reunited with Niven on-screen for the first time in their WWE careers. In early 2025, the duo looked to get themselves in contention for the Women’s Tag Team Titles, but their momentum was unfortunately halted later than summer.
Having last wrestled since the August 22 edition of SmackDown, Piper Niven is currently sidelined with a serious neck injury, with no current timetable on her return. We wish Niven all the best with her recovery.
