Another of WWE’s top stars have had their say on the allegations facing Vince McMahon.

On January 25th, former WWE employee Janel Grant filed a lawsuit against Vince McMahon, alleging sex trafficking and sexual assault in graphic detail. The following day, McMahon resigned from his position as TKO’s Executive Chairman.

Many WWE Superstars have shared their thoughts on the allegations thus far, and in a recent interview with Mail Sport, former multi-time WWE Women’s Champion Becky Lynch joined the list, noting that it’s difficult to reconcile, although she also stressed that her experience with the company has been glowingly positive.

“I have been fortunate in my career that I have always felt supported by the company. These allegations are horrible and it’s hard to reconcile as a talent and as a woman. But, my experience in WWE has only ever been amazing. Yes, in the beginning there was some restrictions on some things; we couldn’t punch, grabbing hair – there was some weird stuff there – but I was able to push us forward, push women forward and I’m very grateful for that. So this company… [right now] some of these things are hard to reconcile.”

McMahon, who ran WWE for over 40 years before selling to Endeavor to form TKO, is currently under federal investigation and denies all claims against him.

In terms of what’s next for Lynch, ‘The Man’ is set to take on Rhea Ripley for the Women’s World Championship at WrestleMania 40 after emerging victorious from the women’s Elimination Chamber match this past Saturday in Perth, Australia.

As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on the allegations facing Vince McMahon as soon as we hear more.
