Former AEW Women’s Champion Britt Baker has given her viewpoint on AEW Collison.

AEW Collison recently premiered on June 17, giving us 2 more hours of AEW television on Saturday nights, which I’ve heard is alright for fighting. The new show has given the chance for some of the company’s top stars to really shine; including, Miro, Andrade el Idolo, and, of course, CM Punk.

Baker believes this can only be a good thing for the ever expanding All Elite Wrestling roster. Whilst speaking to Cam Heyward on Not Just Football podcast, the 32-year-old revealed that she’s a big fan of the addition of Collision to AEW’s weekly lineup, as it means additional TV time for talent.

“It’s awesome because it gives more people TV time. We have such a huge roster and we have the best wrestlers in the world, but there are like 20 of them, there are so many. It’s great to give people a split and more TV time. For us, we’re still getting used to it because we don’t know what show we’re going to be on yet. It’s not like a hard brand split. It’s not like a Raw and SmackDown thing yet. I don’t know what the plan for that is going to be in the future, but it’s awesome because we’ve only been on TV for three or four years now and we already have three TV shows. The network wanted another show,”

Despite not having competed on AEW Collison just yet, Baker is still a mainstay on AEW programming, defeating Kayla Sparks with relative ease this past week on Dynamite.

Will we see Baker make an appearance soon on Collision? Or will she continue her winning streak on Wednesdays? We will have to keep watching to find out.
