Brock Rechsteiner Says Bron Breakker Has Convinced Him To Get Into Wrestling After Football

Bron Breakker has convinced Brock Rechsteiner to pursue wrestling.
Currently one of the top names on RAW, Bron Breakker is one of WWE’s many second-generation performers. Having won the NXT and Intercontinental Championships twice each, the 28-year-old is continuing the legacy left behind by his father Rick Steiner, and it now appears as if another of the Steiner family may have eyes on becoming a professional wrestler.
Speaking to Sharief Ishaq of WDSU, Brock Rechsteiner said Bron Breakker has convinced him to pursue wrestling after he’s done playing football.
“I work out with him all the time back home. I go fish with him a lot because he moved back to Georgia. He really convinced me to, once I’m done playing football, get into the wrestling business.”
-Brock Rechsteiner
After playing college football at Jacksonville State Brock Rechsteiner made inroads into professional wrestling by signing a WWE NIL contract in the summer of 2025 alongside his brother Brandon. Since then, Rechsteiner has been picked up by the Tennessee Titans as a free agent, though the door remains open for him to pursue wrestling later down the line.
As for Bron Breakker, the star is set to battle his former stablemate Seth Rollins at tonight’s Backlash. With this being their first official clash since Breakker’s led the charge against ‘The Visionary’ back in October, Rollins will be looking for revenge on his former protégé, while ‘The Badass’ will be aiming to get one over on the former WWE Champion.
