Chelsea Green Provides Update Following Her Heart Procedure

Chelsea Green gives the WWE Universe an update after undergoing a heart procedure.
Earlier this week, Chelsea Green revealed that she underwent a ‘minimally invasive’ heart procedure for Supraventricular tachycardia, a condition she had been dealing with for more than ten years.
Appearing on Busted Open Radio, Chelsea Green provided an update on how she is feeling following the procedure and revealed that she pitched calling into this week’s episode of WWE SmackDown.
“I’ve got one more day of bed rest and then it’s taking it easy for another week. I’m feeling good. My wounds are healing. My heart feels heavy and my breathing is interesting, but we’re on the mend.”

SVT is a type of irregular heartbeat, also known as an arrhythmia, that causes an abnormally fast or erratic heartbeat affecting the heart’s upper chambers. Chelsea Green noted that her latest episode occurred at WrestleMania 42 and saw her resting heart rate rise to 228 beats per minute for almost 15 minutes.
Chelsea Green has been sidelined since February after suffering a broken ankle. However, she has maintained a presence on Friday Night SmackDown, often appearing in a wheelchair.
