Chihiro Hashimoto To Defend Sendai Girls Championship Against Manami On 11/22

Chihiro Hashimoto’s next Sendai Girls World Championship defence is set.
The forever Sendai Girls World Champion Chihiro Hashimoto will defend her title against Manami at during Sendai Girls’ upcoming Korakuen Hall show on November 22. The match was announced following Big Hash’s tag team victory with Ryo Mizunami during Sendai Girls’ show on Saturday.
Manami is no stranger to making challenges for the main gold. The former three time Sendai Girls Tag Team Champion has fought for the title on three occasions in the past; one against VENY in 2023, a second against Mika Iwata’s brief reign in 2024, and against Big Hash herself back in March. While she’s lost all three challenges, it feels like she’s gotten closer to reaching her goal with each subsequent match.
As for Hashimoto, her latest reign with the Sendai Girls World Title has been nothing short of perfection in terms of how she’s fared in title bouts. Since beating Meiko Satomura for the belt way back in March of 2025, Hash has defended the belt successfully nine times, which is already the most of all time. Among the names of those who’ve fallen to Hashimoto so far include Sareee, Syuri, Mika Iwata twice, and most recently Spike Nishimura.
On November 22, Hashimoto’s reign will inflate to 613 days, which is the second longest of all time behind her own fifth reign from 2019 to 2022. Whether Manami will be the one to dethrone the champion remains to be seen.
