Damian Priest is staying with WWE.

Just two days ago, on the second night of WWE WrestleMania 40, The Judgment Day’s Damian Priest finally cashed in his Money in the Bank contract (earned on July 1 last year) to win the World Heavyweight Championship. The moment happened once CM Punk had taken out new champion Drew McIntyre, and we can now look forward to Monday Night Raw with Priest at the helm, with it now confirmed that he won’t be going anywhere in terms of his contract status.

In a digital exclusive WWE interview, Damian Priest reflected on his celebrations after his title win and revealed that he has recently signed a new WWE contract.

“This has already been a great year for me. New contract, new title, new theme song voiced by yours truly, Judgment Day is on fire.

-Damian Priest

Following last night’s eventful Raw after ‘Mania, we now know who will be the first to step up and challenges Priest for the gold as Jey Uso emerged victorious over three other men to claim the next title shot. Regardless of how long his reign goes on, WWE has secured the Archer of Infamy into the future.

As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on Damian Priest’s new WWE contract as soon as we hear more.
