Darby Allin aims to climb the tallest mountain in the world, Mount Everest next year.
AEW’s resident daredevil Darby Allin has always been known for his insane stunts. In the ring, he is often seen coming up with new and innovative ways to throw his body around to cut down his opponents and his fearlessness also knows no bounds away from the ring.
The star is no stranger to adrenaline-pumping activities and, while speaking to TMZ, Allin has revealed that he is set for his biggest challenge to date; climbing Mount Everest.
“That’s been my whole MO since AEW started, That’s why it’s so important for me to meet up with guys like [Travis] Pastrana, and make stuff happen. Do stuff that no wrestler’s ever done before. The thing I’m going to be doing next year that no wrestler’s done before is climb Mount Everest. You heard it here first.”

As of writing, it’s unclear when the 30-year-old plans to set off for the world’s highest point. It’s worth noting that there have only been around 4000 successful attempts to climb Everest so Allin is set to be the first wrestler to reach the feat.
For now though, Darby is scheduled to battle over the AEW World Championship in a four-way match at Double Or Nothing against the company’s four pillars.
As always, we’ll provide any updates on Darby Allin and his future plans as we hear more.
