It looks as though Dem Boys have are on Impact Wrestling’s wishlist
Ring of Honor Hall of Famers, The Briscoes have recently drawn the eyes of Impact Wrestling. Recently, after the initial hiatus and subsequent purchase of ROH by Tony Khan, the talented duo found themselves contract-free for the first time in a long time.
After their ROH Tag title loss on Friday to FTR at ROH SuperCard of Honor, Dem Boys made their way over to IMPACT’s Multiverse of Matches show for a match with the Good Brothers, Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson. It was a match they’d lose due to interference by Bullet Club members, but a recent report by Mike Johnson of PWInsider indicates they made enough of an, ehh… impact to leave IMPACT Wrestling wanting more.
According to the report IMPACT is interested in using them again and hopes to bring them in and push them as regulars.
In addition to the Briscoes, the report also mentions the intent to bring in Taya Valkyrie and use her regularly going forward. There was no mention of whether or not her husband John Hennigan will be joining her. Valkyrie is slated to face Deonna Purrazzo at the Rebellion PPV on April 23rd.
It’s safe to say IMPACT wants to have some big moves in the works for the near future.
