It appears Jade Cargill isn’t legitimately injured.
Last Friday on SmackDown, Bianca Belair’s Women’s United States Championship tournament match was interrupted when it was shown that Jade Cargill had been taken out backstage. Post-show, it was stated that the 32-year-old had suffered numerous injuries with no timetable for her return, however a new report suggests that Cargill being written off of TV wasn’t due to a real life injury.
Per PWInsider, it’s believed that Cargill’s attack on last Friday’s SmackDown entirely due to storyline reasons, with suggestions that she may actually be hurt being incorrect.
“PWInsider.com has been told by multiple WWE sources that while there has been some incorrect reporting floating around that Jade Cargill is legitimately injured, that claim is 100% incorrect. We are told that attack on Cargill on last week’s Friday Night Smackdown was all storyline, nothing more.”

With Cargill out, her team called on Bayley replaced the current Women’s Tag Team Champion in this Saturday’s women’s War Games match, with fans currently intrigued to know who was the storyline reason behind Jade being taken out last week. For now, though, the identity of Cargill’s attacker remains to be seen.
As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on Jade Cargill’s storyline injury as soon as we hear more.
