Jim Ross Hopes To Be At AEW All Out If His Heath Allows

Jim Ross might return at AEW All Out.

One of AEW’s biggest strengths that fans appreciate is the carousel of announcers that help bring different styles and perspectives to the matches they watch. One that’s been there since the beginning, though, is “Good Ol JR” Jim Ross. Unfortunately, this year, Ross has been plagued by health issues, limiting his appearances behind the desk. However, the 74-year-old now has his sights set on a return.

On the latest episode of Grilling JR, Jim Ross teased that he could be at All Out.

“I broke my toes before I went in to do my surgery… so if my broken toes aren’t an issue, then I’m gonna be there. I don’t want to say that Tony Khan expects me to be there. He wants me to be there if I’m able. He’s been great with my sickness. Never a negative call.”

Last month, Jim Ross underwent major surgery as he had a shunt put into his brain. Thankfully, it was reported by Conrad Thompson in the days following that the procedure was successful. You can read more about that here.

Should he be medically able to return, it would be appropriate for Ross to be at All Out, especially since AEW’s first-ever TLC match was confirmed on last night’s Dynamite, as you can read here.
