KAIRI Reportedly Not Scheduled For AEW All Out

If KAIRI is set to debut in AEW, it reportedly won’t be at All Out.

When WWE made a series of talent releases in April before further departures took place in May, attention quickly turned to which wrestlers could potentially make the move to All Elite Wrestling. Several have already crossed over, including The New Level, while there has also been speculation and reporting surrounding the possibility of KAIRI joining the promotion.

With just over a day until AEW All Out takes place in Chicago, that speculation has once again centred on whether KAIRI could make her AEW debut at the event. However, according to Fightful Select, that does not appear likely, as KAIRI has reportedly yet to sign with AEW and is not currently planned for the show.

“Not so imminently would be Kairi. She’s been a free agent for quite some time and has had conversations with AEW, Stardom and other wrestling companies. However, it was confirmed to us by AEW sources as of Friday, Kairi was not signed and not planned for AEW All Out. One source said it would be nearly legally impossible for her to appear at AEW All Out as things stand, but that conversations are ongoing and AEW does maintain interest in her. It’s expected she would be on a dual contract if the deal does occur.”

The legal aspect of the report is perhaps the most notable detail, particularly given that there may be work visa considerations following KAIRI’s departure from WWE. If immigration or employment documentation is still being addressed, that could be a factor in determining when she is able to make her next move.

It is also worth noting that KAIRI has been teasing potential plans on social media, including showcasing new ring gear that she intends to wear. Additionally, dual contracts are not uncommon in AEW, with several wrestlers holding agreements that allow them to work with the promotion alongside companies such as STARDOM, NJPW, and CMLL.

While KAIRI may not be set to make her AEW debut tomorrow, that does not rule out a potential appearance at WrestleDream or even as a participant in the next women’s Blood & Guts match.
