Kevin Owens wants to give back to the next generation of WWE Superstars.

Back in April last year, Kevin Owens made the heartbreaking announcement that he would have to miss WrestleMania 41 due to a serious neck injury. Owens later underwent successful neck fusion surgery in July, with it currently unclear when he will be cleared to return to the ring.

Ahead of his involvement in the upcoming series of WWE LFG, Kevin Owens spoke about how he hopes to help the next generation and noted that he feels he needs to remain involved in professional wrestling in some capacity.

“I’ve been wrestling for 25 years. Ultimately, for me, I just want to help the next generation, and also, I don’t really know what I’d do with myself if I didn’t. This is just all I’ve done since I was 15. This is what I love, this is what I’ve always loved. Right now, I’ve been off for 8, 9 months because of my neck surgery. I’m losing my mind. I just want to be around it.”

WWE LFG season three premieres Sunday, April 26 on A&E, with Kevin Owens set to feature as one of four Legends alongside fellow debutant Natalya and returning Booker T and Bubba Ray Dudley.

Earlier this year, reports claimed that WWE are hopeful that Kevin Owens will be able to make a return to the ring in 2026. You can read more about that here.

As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on the future of Kevin Owens, and we continue to wish him all the best in his recovery
