It looks like theres some key AEW talent not too happy with Andrade El Idolo after his physical altercation backstage with Sammy Guevara this past Wednesday.
Andrade & Sammy Guevara had been going back and forth on twitter earlier this week after Andrade made some comments in an interview with Mas Lucha about how Sammy Guevara apparently complained about Andrade being too stiff with him. Andrade told Sammy that he would see him on Wednesday, and that he did.
Reportedly, Andrade arrived at AEW Dynamite and was waiting for Sammy Guevara before starting a physical altercation with him where he was said to have thrown punches at Guevara. Andrade was sent home and his match this Friday with The Dark Order’s 10 has been cancelled. However, Sammy Guevara was still on AEW Dynamite in the main event, got the pin over Daniel Garcia and the show ended with Guevara being hoisted up high in victory by the other members of the Jericho Appreciation Society.
According to Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Key AEW talent are even more upset with Andrade because of the timing of all this, of course coming not long after everything that had happened at All Out last month with CM Punk and The Elite.
Privately, some of the key talent is even more upset with Andrade than would be otherwise because of the timing of this happening, Andrade being fully aware of it, and how this made the company look to the public.

Andrade was sent home after the physical altercation with Sammy Guevara and theres been no word thus far on when and if he will be coming back to AEW TV.
