Killer Kelly may not be leaving TNA just yet after all.
Over the weekend, news broke that TNA were reportedly about to lose some of their top stars. First, it came out via PWInsider that Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin of the Motor City Machine Guns were given a backstage sendoff at the recent tapings ahead of the pair becoming free agents at the end of March, and it was later added on that Killer Kelly would be ‘finishing up’ with TNA as well. However, it now seems as if the former Knockouts Tag Team Champion may not be done with the company just yet.
To provide an update on the situation, Fightful Select have reported that not only has Kelly not left TNA, but she is in fact still under contract with them until the summer of next year.
“Fightful spoke to TNA sources this weekend who cleared up miscommunication within the company, and said that Killer Kelly has not left. In fact, as of now, she’s under contract until August of 2025.”

The report clarifies that the misunderstanding has likely originated from Kelly now taking some time off, not being factored into the future creative plans for the time being. The 25-year-old has had two separate stints with TNA in her career, and it sounds as if her current run with the company isn’t set to come to an end anytime soon.
