Things are starting to look more and more promising for fans of AEW’s Kenny Omega & the Young Bucks.

Following the backstage altercation between CM Punk, Ace Steel & members of The Elite at AEW’s All Out PPV, Kenny Omega & the Bucks haven’t been at any AEW tapings or shows. Also, Ace Steel reportedly has been released and CM Punk reportedly has been in talks about a buyout of his contract.

Updates up until recently have been very few and far between, with AEW not even announcing anything about 4 of their champions being missing from TV.

In a new update from Fightful Select, it looks like there has been some significant progress made.

We’ve learned that for the first time since AEW All Out, there is talk backstage of Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks coming back to work, at the very least in a backstage capacity. One source said they heard it could happen “imminently,” but nobody we heard from could definitively tell us when it’s expected.

The reports also goes on to add that over the last few weeks has been when the most movement has happened since the incident at All Out took place and that a meeting was scheduled for last week. However, the context of those said meetings are still unknown.
