An update has emerged on Mike Santana’s TNA deal.

On June 7, False Finish gave the latest indication that Mike Santana could be headed to WWE once his TNA deal expires. However, given that the star currently holds the company’s top title, fans still have questions with regard to his status. Now, more has emerged on how long Santana’s contract is set to last.

According to an update from PWInsider, it’s believed Mike Santana’s TNA deal runs through July.

Currently, Santana’s TNA deal runs through mid-July, so he is about a month away from the expiration of his contract.”

Having arrived in TNA in 2024, Santana has made waves as a singles competitor. After a successful run, the 35-year-old found himself as TNA World Champion in October 2025, a title he’s currently in the midst of holding for a second time. However, speculation linking him with a move to WWE seemingly refuses to disappear.

In terms of his previous with WWE, Santana was part of a crossover between TNA and NXT in 2025, taking on Trick Williams for the TNA World Championship on an edition of NXT last June. Most recently, he appeared in a six-man tag team match on WWE’s third brand, teaming with OTM against DarkState.

As of late, the TNA roster has undergone several changes, with a handful of talent opting to leave the company. Most recently, Sami Callihan confirmed his departure. You can read more about that here.

As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on Mike Santana’s TNA contract status as soon as we hear more.
