Miyu Yamashita, one of Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling’s premier talents, recently made her AEW debut on an episode of Dark Elevation, teaming with Skye Blue in a losing effort to Nyla Rosa & Serena Deeb.
Despite the loss, it appears as though the former Princess of Princess Champion impressed in her first AEW appearance, as Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that she may be in line for an AEW Women’s Championship bout against Thunder Rosa in the near future.
“After she did so well in streaming matches, there is talk of doing an AEW title match with Thunder Rosa vs. Miyu Yamashita.”

This news is sure to excite those familiar with the Pink Striker, who’s ‘Skull Kick’ finishing maneuver recieved high praise from House of Black leader Malakai Black last year on Twitter.
