Unfortunately, NXT star Cora Jade will be out of action for several months as she recovers from injury.

At a house show in Dade City, Florida, Cora Jade was injured in a match against Lyra Valkyria for the NXT Women’s Championship. Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter confirmed on X/Twitter that Jade suffered an ACL tear.

The estimated recovery time for a torn ACL is between six and nine months, though historically, it takes longer for professional athletes to be cleared to return to their sport. Jade’s injury is another blow to an NXT roster that has been plagued by injuries in recent months. Upon returning from an extended hiatus in late 2023, she had been positioned as a top act on the brand.

Of course, we’d like to wish Cora Jade a speedy recovery. As always, we will provide updates as we get them.
