Orange Cassidy Says PAC Rivalry Won’t Ever Be Topped
Orange Cassidy cherishes the rivalry he had with PAC.
Around a month on from the untimely death of Benjamin Satterley, AKA PAC, is still being felt across the world of wrestling. After a heavy couple of weeks, the All Elite Wrestling locker room is still grieving after recent events, particularly given the legacy “The Bastard” left behind as someone who’d been with the company since the start. Now, one of his biggest rivals, Orange Cassidy, has looked back on the strength of their work together.
In a chat with Going Ringside, Orange Cassidy noted how his rivalry with Pac won’t be topped:
“Recently, I was reminded of the rivalry that I had with PAC. It’ll be one that I don’t think anybody will ever top. He and I, when we got in the ring together, it was special, and I feel like he’ll be my greatest rival. It has been [a difficult couple of months for AEW], but I think being around everybody does help because we can support each other, and be reminded of all the good things that those people have done for us. I think being with other people helps take away some of the pain that can be caused by it. I’m just lucky we got a great group of people around us.”

The last six weeks have been tough to navigate for AEW, whose talent have needed to rally around each other in the wake of two different losses, on top of the Rebel/ALS tribute show they did to help raise awareness for Tanea Brooks’ condition. On the bright side, talent and fans alike have been able to share their favourite memories of those no longer with us.
PAC’s battles with Orange Cassidy remain fan favorites, especially the match they had at AEW Revolution, which was the most-watched video on AEW’s YouTube channel for many years. In truth, the Brit paid a vital role in helping Cassidy reach the next level within the promotion.
