Patrick Scott Reportedly Joining WWE As A Writing Assistant For SmackDown

A new face is reportedly set to join the writing team in WWE.

WWE Smackdown has added a new writers assistant to their ranks. According to Cassidy Haynes of Bodyslam.net, Patrick Scott will be the individual filling the role.

“Sources have confirmed to me that Independent Wrestler Patrick Scott has been hired by WWE has the new writers assistant for SmackDown, and is said to be starting this Monday.”

PWF, the now former home of Patrick Scott, held a proper send-off for their WWE-bound friend which saw Scott leave his boots in the ring.

Scott made his professional debut in 2016 after training with the Carolina Wrestling Academy, he appeared on WWE’s NXT programming multiple times from 2017 to 2018, Scott also held the Deadlock Pro Wrestling Tag Team Championship with his tag partner Chance Rizer.
