Raquel Rodriguez: The Judgment Day Is The Strongest Faction In WWE History

Raquel Rodriguez puts The Judgment Day up there with WWE’s best factions in history.

Beginning in 2022, The Judgment Day is the longest-running faction in WWE today. However, the lineup looks very different now than it did when “The Rated R Superstar” Edge formed the group over four years ago. Nowadays, they’re headed up by Liv Morgan, having multiple iterations that have seen the likes of Finn Bálor, Rhea Ripley, and Damian Priest all leave the ranks in recent years. Now, the Women’s Intercontinental Champion has praised The Judgment Day’s strength.

Speaking to San Antonio Express-News, Raquel Rodriguez gave her view that The Judgment Day is the strongest group in WWE history.

“I think that’s what keeps us so strong and what keeps us together is we all have that mindset that we are familia. We have that mindset that we have each other’s backs forever, no matter what. We had to kick Finn Balor out together. That was a real trauma bonding moment for all of us. I just think that we are the longest reigning faction and we are the strongest faction in WWE history because of our mindset and our love for each other and because we’re family.”

Raquel joined The Judgment Day back at Bad Blood 2024, making her return to our screens by costing Rhea Ripley her opportunity at the Women’s World Championship. As part of the group, Rodriguez has captured the Women’s World Tag Team Championships, and, on July 27, she defeated Sol Ruca to win the first singles gold of her WWE career.

While many will have their own respective opinions on the greatest factions of all time, The Judgment Day’s recent success speaks for itself. This year alone, Liv Morgan spent months as the Women’s World Champion, while Dominik Mysterio has had spells as both the Intercontinental Champion and AAA Mega Champion. Plus, both Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest became world champions while in the group.
