RevPro’s Leon Slater vs. Liam Slater Reportedly Didn’t Air On MyAEW To Avoid Issues With TNA

AEW were looking to avoid any potential issues with TNA Wrestling on Saturday.
Revolution Pro Wrestling presented its biggest show to date with its 14th Anniversary Show on August 29, 2026, at the OVO Arena Wembley in front of more than 4,000 fans. The event was available via RevPro On Demand and as a PPV through MyAEW, although the Slater Dojo bout between Leon Slater and Liam Slater was noticeably absent from the MyAEW broadcast.
According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, RevPro owner Andy Quildan said he plans to add the match to the promotion’s YouTube channel soon, with the decision not to air it on myAEW reportedly made to avoid any potential issues with TNA Wrestling.
“Andy Quildan noted to us that the Leon Slater vs Liam Slater match will be put up on YouTube soon from yesterdays Rev Pro show. There were no direct instructions not to air the match on MyAEW but to avoid problems since it involved a TNA wrestler, he made the call not to put it on MyAEW. It did air on the RevPro Stream”

Many fans who purchased RevPro’s 14th Anniversary Show on pay-per-view via myAEW will be pleased to hear that the missing Leon Slater vs. Liam Slater match will soon be available to watch on YouTube.
Leon Slater is currently contracted to TNA Wrestling and, having recaptured the X-Division Championship at Lockdown, will invoke Option C at Bound For Glory on October 11, challenging Nic Nemeth for the TNA World Championship.
RevPro’s 14th Anniversary Show was a major success, with Luke Jacobs scoring a huge upset over AEW’s PAC, FTR defeating Cowboy Way to win the RevPro Tag Team Championship, and Drilla Moloney winning a Gauntlet Match that included Jeff Jarrett to become the number one contender to the RevPro British Heavyweight Championship. In the main event, Connor Mills defeated Michael Oku to become the new RevPro British Heavyweight Champion.
