Kevin Owens Reportedly Fine After Injury Scare

Kevin Owens is not believed to have suffered an injury at a WWE Live event.
Following a WWE house show in North Charleston, South Carolina, footage of Kevin Owens limping and requiring assistance to the back sparked concern on social media, with many questioning whether the recent returnee had suffered an injury.
According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider Elite, however, WWE talent believed Owens was simply selling during the bout.
“For those who have asked about Kevin Owens potentially being hurt on a WWE live event this past weekend, no one seems to know for sure but some talents believed he was just selling.”
-Mike Johnson
While Johnson’s report carried an air of uncertainty, Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer has since taken to X to state that Owens is, in fact, fine following the initial injury scare.
“Kevin Owens is okay from what we are told. No injury.”

Kevin Owens returned to WWE at SummerSlam following a lengthy spell on the sidelines after undergoing neck fusion surgery, which at one point led many to believe the former WWE Universal Champion could be forced to bring his in-ring career to an end.
Since returning to in-ring action, Kevin Owens has set his sights on CM Punk and the Undisputed WWE Championship, although Sami Zayn, GUNTHER, and Finn Bálor are also in pursuit of the title.
