Ric Flair is set to reveal and announce the next inductee into the 2023 WWE Hall of Fame class this Wednesday on an episode of The Bump.
Now only weeks from WrestleMania, the match cards ares starting to fill up and now WWE have recently started announcing who will be going into the WWE Hall of Fame on WrestleMania week. The first name announced was Rey Mysterio, but it was also reported by PWInsider that The Great Muta (Keiji Muto) is also expected be inducted.
Last night on RAW it was revealed that Ric Flair would be announcing the next inductee. In an update from Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, he has revealed that Ric Flair actually asked to induct Great Muta.
“Ric Flair has asked to induct Muto, or has been asked to induct Muto. A lot of people thought it would be Sting, but politically that would have been tough before, I think it would have been even tougher now.
We do know that Muto has been asked to be in the Hall of Fame, and we do know that Flair has asked to induct him, so that seems to make sense.”

Whether or not Great Muta will be revealed by Flair as a WWE Hall of Fame inductee on Wednesday of course remains to be seen, but if it is who Ric Flair announces then it would be fair to assume that he will also be inducting Great Muta too.
