Sol Ruca: I Want A Singles Match With Charlotte Flair

Sol Ruca wants to wrestle Charlotte Flair.

On the RAW after WrestleMania 42, NXT standout Sol Ruca made her main roster debut. That night, she stepped up to Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan, and she’s since clashed with stars like IYO SKY and Becky Lynch. With some of the best on the roster already ticked off, Ruca has now looked ahead to who she’s now eyeing up as a potential opponent.

Speaking with Elz The Witch, Ruca said she wants to wrestle Charlotte Flair.

“Now I’ve had my dream match with Iyo Sky, would love to have more with her, but I think now I want to go against Charlotte Flair one-on-one. I know we’re on different brands as of right now, but I’ve seen her in the ring a few times in tag matches and other multi-person matches, but we’ve never had that one-on-one moment. I think that is my next challenge I want to do.”

While they’ve yet to meet one on one, Ruca and Flair shared the ring twice in 2025, including at WWE’s second Evolution Premium Live Event where they were part of a four-way match for the Women’s Tag Team Championships. While neither Sol and ZARIA nor Charlotte and Alexa Bliss emerged with the gold last July, CharLexa defended the titles against Ruca and her then partner on an October edition of SmackDown.

For now, the matchup is logistically tricky as Ruca and Flair aren’t on the same show, although it wouldn’t be too surprising to see a crossover, with WWE showing willingness to move stars between brands when Finn Bálor moved to SmackDown as part of King Of The Ring. Still, Sol will currently be focused on her reign as the Women’s Intercontinental Champion, having defeated Becky Lynch at Clash In Italy.
