Some In WWE Reportedly Believe Enzo Amore Signed With The Company Within The Last Week

People within WWE think Enzo Amore has signed with the company.

In the spring, talk began to emerge of WWE’s interest in both Big Cass and Enzo Amore. While initial suggestions indicated the company would reunite them as a team, the seven-footer returned to the company in August, while fans are still yet to see his former tag partner back of their screens. Now a new update suggests it might not be far away.

According to an update from PWInsider Elite, there’s a belief among people backstage in WWE that Enzo Amore had signed within the last week, with it noted NXT could be his destination.

There are people backstage in WWE who believe Enzo Amore signed with the company over the last week. One source indicated that Enzo could be headed to NXT.

Amore has been gone from WWE since January 2018, having had a near six-year run in the company. He began in NXT, where viewers first saw his pairing with Big Cass, before they moved up to the main roster. In 2017, though, the duo broke up to become singles performers.

At the time of his release, he was the reigning Cruiserweight Champion, and it wasn’t long before he returned to the ring. Over the last six years, he’s made frequent appearances across the independent scene, wrestling as recently as October 24. For now, whether he resurfaces in WWE soon remains to be seen.
