It was reportedly expected by some in WWE that Drew Gulak would be gone from the company following his recent allegations.

On Tuesday, allegations of inappropriate conduct were made against WWE’s Drew Gulak by Ronda Rousey. During her appearance on NewsNation, the former Raw Women’s Champion opened up about an incident at a WWE event in 2022 in which Gulak is said to have pulled at the drawstring of her sweatpants, something which the current NXT wrestler has claimed to be a complete accident which he apologised for.

Speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Bryan Alvarez has revealed that there were people in WWE who thought Drew Gulak would be gone from the company in the aftermath of the controversy.

“It was Tuesday when this (Drew Gulak/Ronda Rousey) story came out and there were people there that thought man, Gulak’s probably going to be gone tomorrow. And he’s not gone, so I don’t know what that means.”

As mentioned, a post was made by Gulak on social media, which offered his view on the claims that have been made against him in recent days. As of writing, the 36-year-old is still a member of the WWE roster, but it remains to be seen as to whether the situation will develop further in the coming days.

As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on the allegations made against Drew Gulak as soon as we hear more.
