The Dropouts Reportedly Expected To Join WWE

The Dropouts are making their way from Australia to WWE.

Last weekend, Scott Green and The Tuckman, collectively known as The Dropouts, announced during an appearance on Wrestle Radio Australia that they were stepping away from the Australian wrestling scene, sparking speculation regarding the standout tag team’s future.

We may now have the answer as to where the pair are headed, as Fightful Select and Ella Jay report that The Dropouts are expected to sign with WWE.

“Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp and Ella Jay have learned that The Dropouts are expected to be making their way to WWE by those in the company.”

Scott Green and The Tuckman have been teaming since 2023 and both attended a recent WWE tryout, where they appear to have impressed the company enough to earn contracts.

The Tuckman was the reigning Soul of PWA Champion and IWA Heavyweight Champion the time of the duo’s departure and has since vacated both titles. He is also the man behind an entrance that has gone viral across social media on numerous occasions in recent months.

Additionally, The Dropouts are former SLAM! Tag Team Champions and New Pro Tag Team Champions, with their success across Australia seeing them share the ring with the likes of The VeloCities and The Good Brothers.

The Dropouts aren’t the only recent WWE tryout attendees who could be joining the company, as reports suggest that WWE are interested in signing Richard Holliday. You can read more about that here.
