TNA Wrestling has confirmed that a former titleholder will be returning to the Knockouts division.

Of late, TNA has been experiencing significant turnover in the knockouts division. In the past few months, the company has parted ways with Dani Luna, Myla Grace, Tessa Blanchard, and Victoria Crawford, with Jody Threat and Mara Sadè becoming the latest to leave the promotion last night. However, it now seems as if the company could be set for a major addition to their knockout division in the near future.

In the same press release that confirmed the departures of Threat and Sadè, TNA noted that a former titleholder would be returning to the knockouts division soon, with the company looking to pique fans’ interest after the recent departures. For now, though, there’s been no indication of which wrestler fans can expect to return, with the statement not specifying which title she previously held, or when the return will take place.

It also arrives midway through the tournament to crown the first-ever Knockouts Television Champion, which reaches its semifinal stage in the coming weeks. You can read more about where that bracket currently stands here.

As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on the former knockouts titleholder set to return to TNA Wrestling as soon as we hear more.
