TNA’s Rosemary Reportedly Expected To Miss Significant Time With Injury
TNA Wrestling’s Rosemary is set for a lengthy spell on the sidelines.
The July 30 episode of TNA Impact was set to see Rosemary team with Allie to defend the Knockouts World Tag Team Championships against The Elegance Brand, but Rosemary never appeared for the match. Allie searched the arena for her partner but could not find her in time, forcing her to enter the match alone rather than forfeit the championships. She ultimately retained by disqualification after striking her opponents with a title belt.
We now have an update on the reason behind her absence, with Fightful Select reporting that Rosemary suffered an injury at a recent Firestar Pro Wrestling event and is expected to miss a significant amount of time. The nature of the injury has not been disclosed.

TNA has since presented Rosemary’s whereabouts as an on-screen mystery, with commentary noting that she is missing and Allie discovering tarot cards backstage while searching for her. Rosemary has also remained in character, posting cryptic messages on social media that appear to further the storyline rather than address her physical condition.
The timing comes directly before Lockdown, where Allie will defend the Knockouts World Tag Team Championships against Heather By Elegance and M By Elegance on Sunday at Credit Union 1 Arena in Chicago, Illinois. TNA confirmed this week that she will have a mystery partner by her side in Rosemary’s place.
Rosemary, also known as Courtney Rush, has been one of the defining figures of the Knockouts division for over a decade and is revered for the character work that made the “Demon Assassin” one of the most distinctive and creative acts in TNA. The Canadian standout arrived in TNA in January 2016 as part of Decay alongside Abyss and Crazzy Steve, initially serving as a valet before moving into the ring full-time. She is a one-time Knockouts World Champion, having defeated Jade for the vacant title in October of that year and held it for 266 days before losing to Sienna at Slammiversary in July 2017.
Her tag team record is unmatched among Knockouts. Rosemary is a five-time Knockouts World Tag Team Champion, the most reigns held by any individual, having captured the titles alongside Jessicka Havok, Taya Valkyrie, and now Allie. Rosemary and Allie, who compete as DemonXBunny, won the titles from The Elegance Brand at Slammiversary on June 28.
