Triple H has provided an update on Dwayne Johnson’s schedule ahead of Elimination Chamber.
Although The Rock has been intertwined with Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns and the reminder of the Bloodline on the way to WrestleMania, it seems Johnson will not be appearing at Elimination Chamber in Perth.
The current WWE Women’s World Champion, Rhea Ripley, who will defend her title with homefield advantage against Nia Jax, recently partnered with Triple H to join the Xav & Michelle for Breakfast podcast in order to discuss and promote Elimination Chamber.
Triple H would state that Dwayne won’t be at the show this weekend citing numerous scheduling conflicts and Johnson’s very busy workload in general.
“I’m not gonna spin that because I don’t want people expecting that and not see that. This show will be spectacular and nobody will miss The Rock. As this all came to be, his schedule is quite tight as you can imagine. So we have him for a lot of events, unfortunately, this was not one of them.”
