Last night’s AEW Dynamite featured a number of segments focusing on the fallout of this past Sunday’s Double or Nothing PPV, although AEW Women’s Champion Thunder Rosa was notably absent from the show.
PWInsider have now provided an update on the status of Thunder Rosa, noting that her Dynamite absence was due to her feeling unwell.
“The word making the rounds is that Rosa was at the taping but wasn’t feeling well and was sent home to convalese by the company’s doctor.”

PWInsider also shot down rumours of Thunder Rosa being injured at Double or Nothing, stating that that is “not the case”.
Rosa defeated Serena Deeb on Sunday’s Double or Nothing PPV, marking her second successful defence since capturing the AEW Women’s Championship from Britt Baker at St Patrick’s Day Slam earlier this year.
