Will Ospreay is said to be scheduled to appear at AEW: All In this summer.
Ever since Tony Khan announced that AEW would be making their UK debut at Wembley Stadium on August 27, many fans have been fantasy booking what and who they’d like to see on the show. Perhaps the most common name on people’s lips when it comes to speculation around All In is Will Ospreay, the UK’s leading in-ring performer.
Of course, All In is an All Elite Wrestling produced event and such will predominantly feature stars contracted to the company but, much like the original event in 2018, there is the possibility of wrestlers from other places making an impact on the show too. Despite Ospreay’s NJPW commitments, many feel as if it makes sense to feature the 30-year-old Brit on the show.
Now, on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer has revealed that, as of a few days ago, Ospreay is set to feature on the August 27 spectacle.
“Will Ospreay, as of a couple of days ago, was booked on the show. I do not know his opponent, I do not know the match, but he was booked for the show.”
-Dave Meltzer
Many UK fans will hoping that Ospreay’s inclusion at All In is finalised, as of yet there is no word on any potential opponents for him come Wembley on August 27.
As always, we’ll aim to provide any updates on Will Ospreay and his status for AEW: All In as we hear more.
