The past few weeks in WWE have seen the return of two previously released female stars who had been plying their trade in IMPACT Wrestling since their initial runs with the company ended, as both Emma (FKA Tenille Dashwood) and Mia Yim made their returns to the company. It now appears as though another member of IMAPCT’s Knockouts Divison is making their way back to WWE, as Chelsea Green is reportedly on the company’s radar.
According to Dave Meltzer on the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Green is believed to be WWE-bound, with some in the company discussing the matter as a done deal.
“WWE bound, most likely. It’s been talked about within the company as it’s something that is happening. I don’t know if she’s put pen to paper, but she did just finish up with IMPACT. So it makes sense. Presumably that says she’s in. Can’t confirm a contract signing, but can confirm that they are talking about it as if it is a done deal, within the company.”

Green previously competed in WWE under both the main roster and NXT brands, before being released from her contract in April 2021 after several months of inactivity due to a series of unfortunate injuries.
Additionally, WrestleVotes recently reported that Green’s husband Matt Cardona (FKA Zack Ryder in WWE) could also make his way back to his former employer as a “two-for-one” deal. As always, we’ll aim to provide any updates on both Green and Cardona’s future as soon as we hear more.
