Xena Reportedly Expected To Join AAA/WWE After Leaving STARDOM

Xena could be on her way to AAA/WWE.
Yesterday, on June 20, STARDOM hosted Stardom The Conversion 2026 at Yoyogi National Gymnasium in Tokyo, where Xena defeated HANAKO in singles competition. Following the match, Xena announced that she would be leaving STARDOM, with her final appearance scheduled for July 8 at Korakuen Hall.
With speculation mounting regarding her future, False Finish are now reporting that sources within both AAA and WWE expect Xena to join the company after wrapping up her time with STARDOM next month.
“Some within AAA/WWE are expecting Xena to join the company once she finishes up with STARDOM on July 8th.”

Xena joined STARDOM in March 2023 as a member of the now-defunct Club Venus faction led by Mina Shirakawa. The group would later evolve into Empress Nexus Venus, with Xena going on to capture the Artist of Stardom Championship alongside Shirakawa and Maika.
Last night’s episode of AAA on FOX saw Los Perros del Mal make their return to the promotion, attacking El Grande Americano. The new-look faction consists of Los Garza (Angel and Berto), Daga, Bronco Nima, and Karmen Petrovic.
Following Daga’s return to AAA after a successful spell with Pro Wrestling NOAH, speculation began to mount that Xena would soon be following her real-life partner to AAA/WWE imminently, and that now appears to be the case.
Should the 29-year-old Australian star make the move to AAA next month, she would join recent debutant La Catalina following her move from rival promotion CMLL earlier this year, with the promotion seemingly intent on bolstering its roster under WWE’s ownership in 2026.
