Andrade El Idolo Celebrates Getting First AEW Title
Andrade El Idolo has shared his first reactions to winning his first AEW title last night.
AEW Redemption took place last night (July 26) in Montreal, and it proved to be a significant night for several wrestlers. One of those was Andrade El Idolo, who defeated Mark Davis to become the AEW National Champion. The victory marked Andrade’s first championship win since joining AEW, making it a major milestone in his run with the company.
Following the victory, Andrade took to Instagram to share his thoughts on becoming champion.
Since returning to AEW, Andrade El Idolo has been on an impressive run, delivering major performances across weekly shows and pay-per-views against the likes of Hangman Adam Page, Kenny Omega, Bandido, Darby Allin, and more. However, some fans remained uncertain about how focused Andrade would be during his second stint with the company, given how his first run came to an end in the final days of 2023.
However, “The Real Latino Man” has made it clear that he is firing on all cylinders, producing one great match after another and connecting with fans like never before. If anyone still questions what Andrade brings to the table nowadays, he already has the perfect response: “How you know?”
