The Undertaker has listed three current names he wishes he could’ve wrestled.

With a career spanning three decades, The Undertaker’s list of rivals features some of the biggest names in industry history. However, as one era transitions into the next, fans will always be left with dream matches between generations that’ve unfortunately become impossible. Now, The Undertaker has signalled which of today’s WWE stars he would’ve liked to wrestle.

Speaking with Chris Van Vliet, The Undertaker names GUNTHER, Oba Femi and Trick Williams as current talent he would have loved to face in the ring.

“[Gunther] would be a good one for sure. I like the way he works, and I like the way he takes his time and builds to a crescendo in a match. But there’s guys like Oba out there now, and one of the guys that I think may be the biggest star may be Trick Williams. I love Trick. All those guys I would have loved to have worked with.”

It’s clear that Undertaker sees star power in all three of the men he named, with each man having different attributes which would’ve made for compelling matchups with “The Deadman”. In particular, GUNTHER’s methodical style would have been akin to The Undertaker’s, likely creating a memorable bout.

Similarly, The Undertaker vs. Oba Femi could’ve been a throwback to the 61-year-old’s matches against Brock Lesnar. Especially after “The Beast” told the world that Femi is the future this past week at SummerSlam.

Having retired in 2020, The Undertaker is now heavily involved in the running of AAA, and, elsewhere in the interview, he clarified his current role in the promotion. You can read more about that here.

As always we will aim to provide you with more thoughts from The Undertaker on the current stars of WWE as soon as we hear more.
