Big Boom AJ Participates In The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge
Social media star Big Boom AJ has taken part in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge.
For the last several months, stars across the wrestling world have taken part in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge to support former AEW talent Tanea Brooks in her fight against the condition. Beginning among the All Elite Wrestling crew, the trend has now travelled across the landscape as a whole, and it now looks set to reach an even wider audience as social media star Big Boom AJ has taken the plunge.
As he first shared on his Instagram, AJ was the latest to do the challenge in support of Tanea Brooks, aka Rebel, and wasn’t afraid to challenge certain social media stars they know to join his trend, too.
AEW is supporting Rebel and ALS charities next month through a special “Rebel Heart” dedicated AEW Dynamite, which you can read about here. Plus, numerous wrestling personnel have already taken part in the challenge, including All Elite Wrestling founder Tony Khan, who will donate to ALS charities through the September 9 event. You can see his participation in the challenge here.
As for Big Boom AJ, he’s made it clear that he’ll be at AEW All In: London in one week, though who he will face is unclear. His family, including Big Justice and their dear friend The Rizzler, have been on numerous AEW PPVs in the last couple of years, and they’re always more than happy to show off the promotion to their followers.
