The Blackpool Combat Club is definitely one of AEW’s hottest acts right now. Of course this is to no surprise as the group was started off by Bryan Danielson, Jon Moxley & William Regal.
The group has recently added the young Wheeler Yuta to the group, being taken under the wing of the three living legends.
Wheeler Yuta was of course one of the first names of young talent fans called for to be in the group when it first started and he has fit in with Mox/Danielson/Regal perfectly, causing him to be hotter than he’s ever been and getting huge reactions at the moment. But one name that was maybe mentioned more by fans as somebody they would have liked to see join the BCC was Daniel Garcia.
Daniel Garcia of course wouldn’t seem remotely out of place in Wheelers spot right now, but he is instead with Chris Jericho as part of the Jericho Appreciation Society, something that Chris Jericho himself decided that he wanted to happen according to Dave Meltzer in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter
When Bryan Danielson first teased the idea of the unit with Jon Moxley and mentioned Lee Moriarty, Daniel Garcia and Wheeler Yuta, there was talk of Garcia at one point in the unit but Chris Jericho personally picked Garcia to join the Jericho Appreciation Society

Both Daniel Garcia & Wheeler Yuta both seem to be making some nice progress with the groups that they are currently in and we doubt that is going to change any time soon.
