Ricky Marvin Reportedly Signed To AAA As Trainer/ Producer

Ricky Marvin is reportedly working with AAA.

Since WWE’s acquisition of AAA in 2025, the promotion has seen an influx of new staff from their parent company. Notably, Mark Calaway has been given plaudits for his work in the creative team, while on-screen talent Pete Dunne has been picking up work as a producer, among other WWE influences. However, a former AAA wrestler has now rejoined the company in a new role.

According to False Finish, former AAA Trios Champion Ricky Marvin has reportedly signed with the Lucha Libre promotion as a trainer and producer.

“Sources tell False Finish that Ricky Marvin has signed with Lucha Libre AAA as a trainer and occasional producer. Marvin is a former AAA World Trios Champion alongside Averno and Chessman as part of Los OGTs.”

The 46-year-old has been wrestling since 1995 when he was 15, and has worked all around world, most notably in Japan for Pro Wrestling NOAH, but also in his native Japan for both AAA and CMLL.

Marvin last wrestled for AAA back in the mid-2010s, where he spent most of his final stint under the Bengala character.
