The award winning producer and director is seemingly All Elite.

On February 15th, PWInisider reported that WWE writer and producer Jennifer Pepperman has left the company, with her exit said to be a decision she made herself.

It appears as though Pepperman will be sticking around in the professional wrestling industry despite the exit, as Sports Illustrated are now reporting that the three-time Emmy Award winner is set to join All Elite Wrestling as Vice President of Content Development.

“The company is set to announce Jennifer Pepperman as Vice President of Content Development, Sports Illustrated has learned.”

Having worked for WWE since 2017, Pepperman was the company’s longest-tenured female creative team member prior to her exit, with her most recent work centring around the SmackDown women’s division.

Per the report, Pepperman will work alongside AEW President Tony Khan, who also serves as the Head of Creative, with her primarily role being the development of content for live programming

As always, we’ll aim to provide any further updates on Jennifer Pepperman Jo AEW as soon as we hear more.
